I’ve never stolen anything in my life, I certainly wouldn’t take a filthy dirty blanket. 🤢 Thats not even to mention that I was accused of STEALING said blanket! As a matter of fact I tried to reach so called GM “Michael” 5 times and left 3 voicemails with no call back!! I don’t appreciate the defamation of character. The entire room itself just smelled musty and old, and the blanket had hairs all in it that I was having to pick out myself. The carpet in our room was coming up, the front door didn’t shut unless we slammed it as hard as possible, our drains in the bathroom were all clogged and backed up when we first got there. I stayed at this hotel in July of this year with my family, and it had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered.
